Burbank Police demonstration went well

The demo went well.

I showed weapon retention moves for when the bad guy tries to take an officers gun in a variety of scenarios.

I believe this demo will lead to some contracts for me to teach or at least add more students to my upcoming weapon retention class.

Tomorrow I'm teaching some kids how to avoid getting bitten by a dog, and what to do if they are bitten. I'm looking forward to it.

Have a wonderful day!

Self Defense instructor and now rotary speaker

Today I received a phone call to speak for one of the local rotary clubs. It seems that someone from the last presentation I did put my name in as a very entertaining and informative speaker, at least thats what the program coordinator told me.

Well, I'm going to speak to them for about 30 minutes on 'How to survive a mugging'.
Good timing. I just published an email on how to survive a mugging. Click here to get your free copy of it.

Simple, yet powerful.

(What does this mean? Well it describes the self-defense method I teach. I learned it from an ex-marine and its so different. It uses reflexes, simple gross motor skills [these are the only skills your body has functioning during an attack, Thats while complex methods fail] and natural movement. Its easy to learn and you'll be able to respond automatically whenever you're attacked. You'll move so fast you'll wonder what you did, and so will the bad guy as he tries to stand back up. The name of the system if Hikuta.)

Are you craving to know more? Well, go ahead, click here to see what Hikuta is all about.

Have a great day!

Self Defense Video Clips

I just put up a video clip from the self defense demonstration I did last week.
Watch closely for the move where the guy tries to grab my gun. He doesn't quite make it.

Click here to go watch it now. Enjoy.
